FRESHWATER: LIFEBLOOD OF THE LAND
As of September 2026, educators will be able to book large-format maps created by Canadian Geographic. They help students explore Canada’s freshwater systems and learn about water-related careers. Each map comes with a Teacher’s Guide and 12 curriculum-linked lesson plans, activities and additional resources.

WATER SYSTEMS
Starting in September 2026, Grade 8 classrooms across Canada can join live virtual workshops led by expert museum educators from the Canadian Museum of Nature. These interactive sessions connect classrooms directly with the museum to explore Earth’s hydrosphere and learn about the water cycle.

About ReFresh WATER!
Designed by AquaAction, ReFresh Water! is an action-oriented learning journey under the Water Literacy Project that helps students and communities engage with local water issues. With support from parents or teachers, learners can use modules, videos, digital journals, and Action Packs with guided activities to explore real-world water challenges. These resources help them turn their ideas into outcomes they can proudly share with others. The full resource library will be available in September!
